Our non-profit organization is a young and underfunded organization that is rapidly growing and transforming. While we are currently serving the Greater Boston Area the Co-founders live in the DC Metro Area and are preparing to launch programs here as well. In addition, the programs being developed will be launched globally in the coming years.
Our CEO was focused on handling all the administrative and operational needs of the organization along with Communications, Program Development, and governing the Board of Directors. This is no longer possible.
We are looking for a team of volunteers with experience in Non-profit management to join us.
Our current projects include:
An Art and Storytelling Program that will support the Social/Emotional development of children who are growing up cross-culturally: immigrant/refugee youth, international adoptees, Third Culture Kids, children from multicultural homes, etc that we need to get funded.

A Project Based Learning Program that will bring global classrooms together while also providing college readiness skills to high school students: https://www.culturedkids.org/kids-for-kids/
We believe that organizations could be the catalyst for change that our education system needs and would appreciate anyone interested in supporting our cause to contact us to schedule a meeting.

Mission Statement
We cultivate empathy and belonging through innovative, multidisciplinary youth programs that embrace cultural differences and unify school communities.
Description
We design programs and curricula to help educators and education leaders unify their culturally complex classrooms and schools. We use literature and art as anchors for supporting the development of the social & emotional competencies needed for successful global citizenship. Our work will explore themes related to identity, empathy, and an increased sense of belonging.
We are currently working with one of the largest school districts in the U.S.: Fairfax County. We would like to expand our work to ten schools in Fairfax County over the next three years.
We have an eight-member board of directors and a small team of volunteers who are all committed to supporting this cause. We are a diverse and growing team.
