Mission of FMDNS:

In order to do this, we must recruit creative, resourceful and caring volunteers. The success of the center comes in meeting the needs of the children and families in our community.

Position Title: Teacher Assistant for Toddler 1

Job Description: The responsibilities of this position require the volunteer to sanitize toys, baby items; hand washing; cleanse bottles, organize toy buckets and room cleaning. The volunteer will also plan art activities with the teacher and execute them using small group sessions accordingly at the teacher discretion. Volunteer also will be in charge for patting backs, sing songs, read, and dance; sweep classroom and mopping. No diaper changes ALLOWED.

Qualification:

• Volunteer should be creative and posses good physical body stamina
• Must be reliable, and punctual.
• Must be friendly with children and teachers
• Good organizational and observational skills
• Pass an FBI background check

Volunteers Needed: 1

Hours: 8:00am to 12:00pm/ 3x a week.

Reports To: Vista Volunteer Program Developer and/or Volunteer coordinator
