Mission Statement

We believe that education has the power to change lives and that all children deserve to attend a school where they can learn the skills they need for the future. We hope to help our students discover their potential and work towards a better future. Our goal is to offer an outstanding bilingual education at a price that families can afford, so that every child can have the opportunity to learn English. We aim to foster ambition in our students so they can go on to change the future of their families and their country. With the help of international volunteers, we offer high caliber bilingual education, so our graduates can leave CBEC fully bilingual and go on to fulfill their dreams.

Description

We are located in Cofradia Cortes, Honduras. Our goal is to offer an affordable bilingual education without sacrificing quality. Our students are from families that could previously not afford to attend a bilingual school. The key to our success is native or near-native English-speakers who are willing to come volunteer and help us in our mission. We offer housing and food, as well as teacher training. It's a great opportunity to get teaching experience, learn Spanish, live in a different country, or just try something different!
