Small non-profit seeks help in growing our donor & corporate support base so that we can expand our conservation/education programs and enhance our facilities. The volunteer will work with the Director to c reate a list of wealthy/philanthropic individuals within the community and create strategies to develop them into sustaining donors, and e ngage local businesses/community partners to facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships with the goal of developing corporate sponsorships. This individual may also have an opportunity to work with the animals in our collection and conduct tours/outreach to help promote the organization.

Lubee Bat Conservancy is an international non-profit organization dedicated to saving bats and their habitats through conservation, education, and awareness, with a focus on children and community engagement.
Description
Lubee Bat Conservancy is located 10 miles north of Gainesville, and houses the largest living collection of bats in the world. Lubee places conservation and education as its two core institutional purposes. Local and global education programs connect children with nature, foster environmental stewardship, and inspire the next generation of conservation scientists to become leaders within their communities. Lubee is an Association of Zoos & Aquariums certified related facility.
