Resettlement Case Manager Assistants will assist case managers with the day to day activities at the Refugee Resettlement Office (such as making files, office organization and clean up), as well as directly impacting the lives of refugees that come through our resettlement program. These activities will include:

  • Apartment set-up
  • Gathering household supplies
  • Applying for social services,
  • School enrollement
This position is 40% onsite at the Refugee Resettlement Office and 60% offsite. Volunteers are needed Monday through Friday, you may volunteer as many days per week as you would like.

Description

The Diocese of Olympia has existed in Western Washington for 75 years. The Diocese represent 90 Episcopal Parishes and 15 social service missions including the Refugee Resettlement Office, which was established in 1975. The office has been under the same leadership for 17 years. The office serves individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life through many different innovative projects.
