We are looking for volunteers in the Burlington/Elon area to assist with helping children and the socially and economically disadvantaged. We are in need of individuals (ages 18 and up) to make phone calls to local businesses for fundraising purposes, mentor/tutor in afterschool and summer programs, assist with housing and job placement, encourage business startups and/growth or help us utilize the funding that we have been provided to help those in need!

Creative Directions, Inc. is a nonprofit organization primarily serving the socially and economically disadvantaged. It is our belief that support of those in need and at risk will create a safer community and better standard of living for all. As we work with schools, social services, and the area mental health agencies, we can determine and locate sources of support to meet the needs of the community.
Description
We are seeking telephone volunteers (ages 18 and up) to assist with contacting local businesses to enhance our fundraising. A script will be provided as you engage with area businesses and corporations that will provide funding to assist with afterschool programs and those that are in need.
