Are you a behind-the-scenes volunteer? Happy to help our staff stay organized and efficient? You are just the person we need!
The COVID-19 Pandemic has brought a lot of challenges to the work place, including the need to file records of vaccine cards, COVID test results and more in addition to the normal workload. Clerical Assistants help us to ensure everything runs smooth and everyone is healthy! Your help takes the burden off our staff and allows them to focus on other work that needs to be completed.
Responsibilities of Nursing Clerical Assistants include:
- Filing
- Copying
- Scanning
- Sorting
- Data Entry
Qualifications:
- Possess General Office Experience
- Attention to Detail
- Must Maintain Confidentiality
- Must Pass Background Checks (Available at St Augustine Health Campus for Free)
- Must be Fully Vaccinated Against COVID-19
Training and secure parking provided. As the COVID-19 Pandemic drags on, the increasing need for volunteers to help us with paperwork continues to grow. Whether you have one day to give or several, we would be grateful for your contribution.

Description
St. Augustine Health Ministries is a mission-driven, faith-based, not-for-profit organization affiliated with Catholic Charities and is dedicated to providing a continuum of health care and social services within our community. Within the Health Ministries, St. Augustine Health Campus cares for the chronically ill and aging through short-term rehab, assisted living, and long-term care. The St. Augustine Child Enrichment Center provides early education and child care for 80+ children, beginning at 6 weeks through preschool. Holy Family provides home health care, residential and community-based hospice services. Emerald Village Senior Living provides independent and assisted-living apartments located in the west suburbs for active seniors 55+.
