KINDRED HOSPICE needs volunteers who are comfortable making phone calls to home patients as a "tuck in" for the weekend. Calls are made on Thursday afternoons--1-1 1/2 hrs. Script provided, needs recorded for clinical staff to address. Patients and families look forward to "their" volunteer's friendly call each week!
Orientation sessions are scheduled monthly, daytime and evening; only one session is required. Come to learn about KINDRED HOSPICE and how you can help.

Gentiva Hospice is a team of professionals who provide care to patients and families with end of life needs. As key members of the care team, volunteers expand and enhance hospice services for our patients. Volunteers bring special skills and talents to share with patients, and offer comfort through companionship visits, administrative assistance and special projects for patients and their families.
