Volunteer Coordinator/Community Outreach Associate will ensure that all volunteers feel welcomed and at home, responsible for recruitment, training, scheduling, and retention of volunteers, works with support staff to schedule workshops, certification programs, oversee workshops and develops relationships with other community-based services. Collaborates with management, and others to provide quality service to members. Maintains confidentiality of all resident personal files for agency compliance. Supports and participates in program development of case management services. Performs other duties as assigned.

The residentsat Lois' Lodge receive housing, food and health care. They are also provided with spiritual and emotional guidance as well as education and support in regard to their parenting options.
We seek to create an atmosphere where women experience positive and healthy relationships.
Our volunteer program is designed to compliment the services which we provide to our clients. It is our goal to match the volunteers God given gifts with our varied needs so that the experience is rewarding for both the indivdual and the ministry.
