As an assistant web/social media coordinator you will work closely with our current virtual coordinator.

Skills and knowledge preferred but not required:

  • Blog writing
  • Experience or familiarity with Canva and /or either online graphic design tools
  • Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Flexibility
Tasks you will be doing:
  • Writing and updating daily or weekly blog posts
  • Creating and editing basic images and/ or graphics for blog and social media posts
  • Scheduling posts
  • Other tasks to be dicussed


  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Research
  • Google Apps
  • Internet Research
  • Grant Writing / Research
  • Microsoft Office Suite
