Do you like working with kids, creating art, being part of your community?
Join us for the Knoxville Museum of Art's Family Fun Day!
Event: Family Fun Day Spring 2018
Date: Saturday, February 24 th, 2018
Times: 11am-3pm
Volunteers work with kids helping them create beautiful arts & crafts inspired by the art of the Knoxville Museum of Art! Shifts are 10:30am-1pm, 1-3:30pm, or both. Volunteers are needed to help with arts & crafts, setup & cleanup, keep lines moving at the various activities such as face painting, and assist with prize and concession stands. Volunteer with a group of friends or on your own, either way you will have just as much fun as the kids and their families!
Volunteers should:
- Be age 14 and up.
- Complete Volunteer Info Form (which will be emailed to you after sign up).
- Wear comfortable shoes and clothing - you’ll be working with kids and art supplies.
- Arrive a few minutes early for check-in.
- Stay to help clean up their area before leaving.
If you need your hours verified please let them know at check-in and then pick up your form on the way out.

Description
The Knoxville Museum of Art seeks volunteers who are dedicated to bringing the arts to a diverse community in E. Tennessee. You don't have to be an artist to volunteer, but you do need a passion for helping people and a good sense of commitment. We offer both one day volunteer opportunities as well as long term volunteer positions.
