The Food Bank @ St. Mary's serves over 1500 walk-in clients a week as well as delivering food to home bound seniors, schools and community programs. We are open for food distribution on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and for other tasks on Tuesday and Thursday. We have volunteer opportunities for various positions now:
- food distribution and sorting - must be able to lift weight, 9;30-1:30pm MWF
- delivery driver - must have own car, 1-2 shifts on Thursdays

Description
We have been operating in Seattle's Central District for over 60 years, and we now serve approximately 1,200 families per week with free nutritious food. We serve any person who lives within the city of Seattle. We have a small staff and could not operate without the help of our volunteers.
