Become a member of our Sexual Assault response team to aid us in better assisting survivors of Sexual Assault. This volunteer opportunity involves being on-call one weekend per month and responding to SANE calls from the hospital to offer support and resources to victims who have recently been sexually assaulted.

Description
The Domestic Violence Shelter, Inc., known in the community as "The Shelter", has been providing comprehensive services for youth and adults for 38 years. These services focus on intervening and preventing domestic violence, sexual assault, and dating violence. Beginning as a grassroots effort by some dedicated women in the area, the agency was established as a vital part of the social service community.
