The Activity Assistant will work with the Manager of Volunteer Services with scheduling and completing activities in the community, primarily in Long Term Care Facilities. These activities could consist of helping with a birthday party, painting nails, leading a group, and/or helping at a community health event.

Description
Hometown Hospice staff and volunteers provide physical, emotional and spiritual support to our patients and their families who are dealing with end of life issues. We provide this care wherever the patient resides (home, nursing home, assisted living)
