We are looking for individuals that are interested in giving back to the community by donating some of their time to working with senior citizens in regards to physical fitness support. We try to keep the seniors citizens moving and staying active. We would like to invite individuals to come out and provide volunteer classes at Centro Maravilla Service Center. We are willing to work around your time and available days. We are interested in chair aerobics, low impact exercise routines, yoga, palates, walking groups and other forms of physical fitness support. We have some equipment available too.
