We have four different groups that do similar work in the community and are trying to figure out how they can fit together - either as one nonprofit or as four separate entities. We are looking for a nonprofit attorney to give us some step by step direction. This can be done solely virtually and can possibly be resolved in one phone call or email. As these groups are housed in NJ but also serve other communities, an attorney experienced with NJ nonprofit law would be ideal.

The mission of MJHS is to aid in the provision of quality education and sound character building programs for young people.
Description
Friends of MJHS ("Friends") is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of generating contributions, pledges and funds for the development and ongoing support of Citadel Academy Prep School (CAPS), a school that will provide students in grades 6-8 with a high quality Christian education through a well balanced, yet challenging curriculum that ministers to the spirit, soul and body.
Friends will also provide funds, management and ongoing support of The SoulDeevas Performing Arts Company, a character building sports and arts program that will serve all youth regardless of their religious affiliation. The SoulDeevas will include programs that provide activities, resources and support during critical out-of-school time hours in a safe, nurturing environment that works from a strengths-based, youth development perspective.
