Give back to your local community!

Come join our team at Casa de Amistad and be a part of our Study Companions Program. Volunteers are paired with students in kindergarten through 12th grade. You'll work each week with the same student(s) throughout the academic year on homework and enrichment activities. Your role as a mentor and tutor can make a huge difference in the life of a young person. Our students come from economically disadvantaged families in coastal North County. You can help give them the support they need to pursue educational opportunity and pave a path to success. We are currently offering our tutoring program with in-person sessions.

Volunteers can choose from multiple session times.

IN-PERSON:
Mondays 4:30 - 5:45pm in Carlsbad
Tuesdays 4:30 - 5:45pm or 6:00 - 7:15pm in Solana Beach
Thursdays 4:30 - 5:45pm or 6:00 - 7:15pm in Solana Beach
