We are looking for a volunteer to help in our office located at 14499 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Suite #139, Tampa, FL 33618.
We need someone to come into the office for 3-4 hours a day 1-2 days a week. Main duties will be clerical. For example: labeling brochures with address labels, doing mass mailings as needed, sending intake packets to people that call and request information and brochures, ordering supplies as needed, ordering brochures when low, helping to organize the office and keep it organized. During event mode may need help with other task such as making phone calls, creating spreadsheets in excel, making silent auction baskets, copying, verifying funds that come into the office from events.
