The Longest Day (TLD) Recruitment Chair will be responsible for the recruitment of new TLD teams and individuals. The Recruitment Chair will assemble a subcommittee that can recruit new teams from a variety of sectors of the community. The Recruitment Chair will work with the Lead Chair and staff partner to focus on specific areas based on activities, interests, corporations, and organizations. This volunteer position will require about 2 to 3 hours a month.
