NEST Community Learning Center needs help with our mobile library! We are looking for someone with organizational skills who can bi-monthly refresh the books on our Mobile Classroom. This position requires computer skills, leveling books (we will teach you) and lifting of books and boxes. Time commitment is 5-10 hours per month and some of the work can be done at home. NEST fosters student-school-parent-community relationships to improve outcomes for children:
- Nutrition during the summer months and snacks during the school year
- Targeted-tutoring services to close the academic gap
- Homework help in a safe, caring environment within the neighborhood
- Referrals to support resources for children and their families
- Organized outdoor sports and activities
