The Cambridge Connections Memory Cafe is a free and fun monthly social gathering for people with memory loss or forgetfulness and their care partners, family, or friends. The café takes place on the 3rd Friday of each month, and is a 3-hour commitment from about 9:15 am to 12:15 pm. Volunteers help the facilitator with set-up, assist with registration, participate in activities, interact with attendees, and clean up, helping to create a warm and inviting experience for all.
We ask volunteers to attend at least twice each quarter, and we schedule refresher training sessions every 6 months.
