Childcare Volunteer - Mondays 3:00pm

All residents and staff attend a weekly House Meeting on Mondays from 3:00- 4:30pm. Childcare is needed during this meeting.

Because of children's daycare schedules, mothers' work schedules, and the nature of our program, volunteers should call ahead Monday mornings to ensure there will be enough children home to warrant childcare.

The age and amount of children needing childcare will vary based on the season and how many families reside at Our Lady's Inn. Childcare on a typical afternoon would include approximately 1-10 children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

Volunteers with childcare experience required. Volunteers with experience serving at-risk families preferred. Volunteers will need to submit paperwork and attend Orientation prior to their first day. Childcare volunteers work directly under the Volunteer Coordinator and the Child Advocate with assistance and supervision by the Resident Support Staff.
