Support the Enlisted Project (STEP) assists junior active duty enlisted members and recently discharged enlisted Veterans and their families in Southern California facing financial crisis achieve long-term financial self-sufficiency through counseling, education and grants to alleviate critical near term obligations.

STEP's warehouse is full of donated items where military families can come at no cost during times of financial hardship. Tasks may include: taking inventory of donated items to create a donation receipt, sorting and organizing donated items, cleaning shelves and containers, preparing the warehouse for events, etc. We will provide a 5-minute training for one-time volunteers, and formally enroll recurring volunteers.

Donated items may include: clothes, games, diapers, wipes, home goods, new car seats, etc.

Warehouse hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Attire: Jeans, t-shirt, and comfortable shoes
