Join the PPUW team as a front desk/receptionist volunteer!
We are looking for someone friendly, personable, responsible, and organized to join our team. Duties include (but not limited to):
- Answer phone calls in professional manner and make appropriate referrals or transfers based on call.
- Greet visitors and ensure they check-in at the front desk
- Make appointments and meetings in conference rooms
- Assist with meeting room equipment setup
- Assist with organizing, sorting, making copies, stuffing envelopes, etc.
Hours are flexible between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Great experience for someone interested in the non-profit sector, looking for some administrative/receptionist work, or anyone who wants to help give back to their community.
