We are seeking individuals to join our organization for the purpose of performing Search & Rescue and Disaster Relief. Civil Air Patrol is responsible for over 90% of all inland Search And Rescue in the United States as tasked by the US Air Force. We utilize air and ground teams as well as communications and mission base staff personnel to accomplish those missions. CAP is also tasked to provide Disaster Relief and were mobilized to assist in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005. Our airplane was the first non-military aircraft to take to the sky after 9/11 when we were tasked with photo reconnaisance of Ground Zero for FEMA and SEMO.

If you are the type of person who wants a chance to save lives and make a difference in this world, We've Been Waiting for You!

We meet every 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturday of each month from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Majority of your training will be in the field and at mission bases and on various weekends. You will not have to attend every squadron meeting to be active in the program.
