Volunteer Scheduling Specialist

This volunteer will utilizing the tools in the Nashville Center stay in contact with all volunteers - new and existing to keep them engaged and supported in the roles that they have selected to perform.
When volunteers are not active, this individual calls/emails them to determine
--if they are still wanting to be active and then scheduling them for upcoming blood drives
--are ill, possibly send them a card, and note when they are available to return to volunteer
--if they feel the need for additional training/coaching.
Critical position for the Red Cross!
