This Hike for Hope is a suicide prevention fundraising and awareness hike that takes place on Prospect Mountain on Lake George with approximately 500 participants expected. Volunteers are needed for different areas of the event including registration, traffic control, gate attendants, raffle sales, refreshments and other tasks.

Description
The Capital Region NY Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention covers 15 counties in NYS providing suicide prevention, education, training and support programs. We hold fundraising events throughout the year that raise money to support research and provide all of our research-based programs free of charge to the community.
