Volunteer Ambassadors are crucial in supporting our patient needs and experience as soon as they walk in the door. Ambassadors are stationed at the main information desks, but are mobile and are called to help accompany patients to and from clinical appointments. Volunteers interact with a wide variety of patients and staff and see the patient experience first-hand.
