Are you someone who enjoys connecting others with the resources they need to be successful? Do you love keeping things organized and working as part of a team? Then you might be a great fit as VOICES' new Child Enrichment Specialist.
Summary: Child Enrichment Specialists will work to connect Court Appointed Special Advocates with enrichment opportunities that meet the needs of their appointed children. Enrichment opportunities are intended to provide these children with opportunities they wouldn’t otherwise be able to experience. Examples include cultural performances, sporting events, and movie tickets.
Essential Duties:
- Communicate with CASA volunteers on available and upcoming enrichment opportunities
- Distribute and track inventory of available opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the Development Specialists to identify quality enrichment opportunities
Requirements:
- Must present a professional and friendly demeanor
- Must be dependable
- Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
- Must be self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Must be comfortable communicating via email and phone
- Must be respectful and maintain privacy of Voices for CASA children volunteers, donors, and partners

Mission Statement
Voices for CASA Children is dedicated to bringing a voice to every abused and neglected child in state dependency and supports expansion of the CASA of Maricopa County program
Description
The Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is:
a specially trained citizen-volunteer that advocates for the best interest of abused and neglected children in the courtroom and within the community.
They are appointed by the juvenile court judge and work alongside case managers, providers and the foster care system.
Advocates are empowered by the court and make critical recommendations to the judge.
The CASA will remain with the child until they are placed in a safe, permanent and loving home.
Voices for CASA Children (Voices) is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to supporting advocacy for abused and neglected children in Maricopa County. Voices raises funds and provides resources to enable CASA of Maricopa County to recruit, train and support a larger volunteer force of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) who bring a consistent presence and a voice to these children.
