The Cluster needs a friendly person to work with clients to assist them in signing in for the day's services, Tues-Fri 10:00am-12:30pm. This is a key position in ensuring that clients are receiving the correct and appropriate services for them and their family.
This position requires a compassionate, customer-friendly attitude, and the willingness to think creatively to meet client needs. You will be welcoming people into the Cluster, assisting with signing in clients, conducting intakes, tracking our grocery carts, and supporting the Pantry and Reception. This is an on-going volunteer opportunity.

PCRC provides food, clothing, household items, furniture, financial assistance, referrals, and support services to the Greater Pottstown area community. We promote individual and family self-sufficiency and tolerance of diversity. We coordinate our programs and referrals to help clients improve their overall stability.
