The IT has grown over the years with input of non-professional assistance. Target to improve the current IT setup is to
* modernise
* simplify
* optimise spending
This effort is regarded as a one time effort, where the members of the charity should be able to maintain IT setup in the future themselves. The charity has no office or owns any IT hardware.
Current tools used are email, document repository, WIX, visitor analytics, desktop publishing, etc. The Facebook account needs to be recovered. It is intended to use in future a tool for monthly newsletters and CRM, as well to evaluate the Google setup.
Ideally the work can be completed within the first quarter of 2018.
