Talented Girls in Action

Talented Girls in Action is an after-school program that provides services to girls between the ages of 12 to 18 that come from underprivileged communities. Our program incorporates tutoring, mentor-ships, a character development curriculum as well as enrichment activities.

Currently, we are seeking individuals who are interested in leading our curriculum discussions. Curriculum leaders will be in charge of teaching character development courses once days week and leading the girls in empowerment discussions. Some curriculum topics will incorporate hygiene, conflict resolution, self-esteem, bullying into the instruction.

The empowerment meetings will be conducted on The day of your choice from 3:30 pm to 4:45 pm. We ask that our volunteers to hose the zoom meeting at least 15 minutes early to prepare for the meeting.

If you love empowering young girls and want to help them appreciate their education and inspire them to be leaders, than this is the position for you!
