Join the World Cafe and The Cognitive Institute of Dallas for Strategic Planning, Organizational Mapping and Funding Opportunities!
The Me-Too Movement has no face of responsibility. "When society looks around without compelling direction and legal protocol - it’s a sign for intelligent philanthropy and new community approaches to consider social good." Dr. Rachael Fisher; executive director of the Cognitive Institute of Dallas talks with press media regarding change. " It’s not just about moving from silence to a phenomenon of speaking up. What then? What's the approach? Next steps? This is the ground zero where communities organize and have conversations. That’s the next step in organizational change, social good and protections of all American people." The World CafĂ© offers processes and systems within and demonstrates a remarkable capacity to foster authentic conversation among people.
The Cognitive Institute of Dallas needs your volunteer services. Our goal is to form a grants committee for greater strategic focus on key issues impacting North Texas women and girls. We are consolidating all community funding into the fall cycle of 2018. This means there will not be an open community service in January. Instead community services that would traditionally be carried out in the spring will move to fall. This change does not impact the invitation-only Cyber Security Initiative which will continue to be processed in the spring.
Please note it costs advertising, insurance and security features to ensure our patrons and volunteers are safe and comfortable are unsettled. To ensure serious volunteer candidates; a committee style information interview will be scheduled. If you have questions, contact Dr. Fisher by email: dr.fisher@cognitiveinstituteofdallas.org; alternatively, you are welcome to call her message center at 832.589.0312 or 1-800-410-5948. Our corporate offices in Fort Worth and Dallas will re-route automatically from the Louisiana locations. Security clearance required.
