Meet with area physicians to ensure they and their staff are familiar with Alzheimer's Association resources including the Next Step program which provides physicians with the ability to refer patients directly to our office following a dementia diagnosis. You will be responsible for establishing a relationship with these offices, and making sure they are stocked with informational materials provided by the Association. This role requires community outreach, and can be fulfilled at your leisure.
