Great Strides

The following goods/services are needed:

  • Set-up includes tents, tables/chairs, signs, balloons, registration, mission, and children's activity areas prior to event.
  • Individuals are needed at the start of event to cover registration (registering walkers, handing out shirts and other items), children's activities and food station.
  • Volunteers to help clean-up after event. Break down tents, tables, chairs, signs etc.
  • Food donations from vendors: subs, sandwiches and/or pizza
  • supplies
  • kid's craft corner
  • clown/character
  • photographers
  • Food and Beverage hand out. Volunteers must wear gloves and masks while handling food.

3 Shifts

  • Sun May 19, 2024 - morning / 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM
    Set up includes setting up tents, tables/chairs, signs etc.
  • Sun May 19, 2024 - morning / 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM
  • Sun May 19, 2024 - afternoon / 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM

Mission Statement

The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) is to assure the development of the means to cure and control cystic fibrosis (CF) and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease. To meet this mission, various types of grants are offered to support meritorious research ranging from basic laboratory investigation to clinical management of CF. For all awards, proposals that involve collaboration between an approved CFF Care Center and an institution with basic and/or clinical research programs are encouraged.
