And if you are looking to help with disaster relief efforts, you know about the most effective ways to contribute.
Are you a good listener? Do you enjoy meeting new people? Would you like to make an immediate difference in someone's life? If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions, then this volunteer opportunity is for you!
Compassionate Care Hospice(CCH) provides medical services to those who are in the final stages of a terminal illness. Our Warner Robins office covers eighteen counties in the Middle GA area, going as far north as Monroe county and coming south to Laurens county. Volunteers serve as companions to our clients, but do not provide any medical assisting- ie. bathing, changing, or administering of medications.
Opportunities also exist for helping out in the office. There is always a need for a cheerful voice to answer the phone. Meticulous people can make a world of difference with the necessary filing of patient records.
