Volunteers are an essential part of bringing high quality to the lives of our seniors! Help us to continue offering person-centered and caring programming by becoming a volunteer today! As a volunteer at Wesley Manor, you'll be a part of a large faith-based family that cares for aging seniors at all levels of care. Your service will be in building relationships with residents and their families by offering your time and talents. Some volunteers have found success in the past through; reading aloud, offering gentle hand massages, accompanying residents on a stroll throughout our campus, playing games, doing puzzles, etc! Many volunteers offer their talents in needlework, music, photography, and other arts as well!
Volunteering is a rewarding experience. You'll create friendships that stay with you forever! If you are a student; colleges often seek out volunteerism during the admission process. Employers find volunteerism a plus on any resume as well!
Volunteering with seniors at Wesley Manor is a perfect match for all ages. (12+)

Description
Wesley Manor has been an innovator in long-term care, and opened the first licensed Alzheimer’s facility in our area. Alzheimer’s and dementia support is a specialty niche service area for us. Over the years, the campus eventually expanded to offer Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living.
For over 50 years, Wesley Manor has evolved to meet the ever-changing needs and desires of our residents. We have learned through experience that successful senior service organizations have one thing in common: their commitment to quality care. Wesley Manor delivers incomparable service to residents in every area of our community.
