-Edit existing scripts and write new postings as necessary following our style and format to promote our sponsors and area events
-Take lead responsibility for one of our Facebook pages to include strategically-timed postings
-Monitor comments and responses on the Facebook page and connection in Twitter
-Post appropriate material to Instagram

Description

Visit San Pedro-the region's Convention and Visitors Bureau-is the central organization promoting tourism and meetings in the Los Angeles Harbor and Palos Verdes Peninsula communities and Catalina Island. It serves visitor and event and meeting planner needs, markets the area worldwide, and provides a variety of information to visitors.

Its Visitor Center is a primary point of contact for visitors, as well as a place for newcomers and residents alike to find information about the area and its attractions and services. The Visitor Center also houses a small gallery that features a different exhibition every month highlighting the area through local artists.
