We are need of judges for our 4th grade school Science Fair that will take place in the school gym. The judging of the fourth grade science projects is scheduled for Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 12:00 PM- 3:00 PM. Hopefully, judging will be complete by 2:30 P.M. Please join us for lunch at 11:00 prior to the beginning of the judging.
It is important for the students to have judges who have an interest in science to interact with as they share their projects. Your willingness to share your time is an essential component to the success of our fair.
Students have been asked to do experiments, rather than demonstrations. They should utilize the scientific method in their work. The intent is to foster and develop inquiring minds through the application of science.
Volunteers will be given questions to ask and a judging rating scale. The projects are very basic and we would appreciate willing volunteers.
