Accentcare (formerly Texas Home Health) is seeking volunteers with confident phone skills to make weekly calls to our hospice patients, assist in office with filing, sending emails/ faxes (other administrative duties), sending emails, creating care packages and sending mailouts. This requires only 4-8 hours weekly. Training will be provided.
This opportunity is open to those 18yrs and older. Availability to come to an office location M-F before 4p is preferred.

Volunteers are an integral part of the AccentCare (formerly Texas Home Health Hospice) team, providing compassion and care when it is needed most. As the heart and hands of the hospice team, they provide a special kind of caring to patients, families, and staff through helping to make the hospice experience manageable and rewarding.
Men, women, and young people of all ages and backgrounds can volunteer in a variety of roles.

- Office/Administrative Volunteer
- Pet Therapy Volunteer
- Bereavement Volunteer
- Veteran Volunteer
- Reiki Volunteer
- Music Therapy Volunteer
ALL POTENTIAL VOLUNTEERS MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION. *** ALL POTENTIAL VOLUNTEERS MUST UNDERGO A BACKGROUND CHECK, TAKE A TB TEST, DRUG TESTING AND ORIENTATION/TRAINING PRIOR TO START***
