As a first point of contact and a 'face of INTEGRIS', Information Desk volunteers are vital to ensuring ease and satisfaction of the patient/guest experience. In this role you will greet patients and visitors, assist with check-in to the ED, get wheelchairs for patients as needed, provide campus and general information, help loved ones locate their friends or family members in the hospital, escort guests as needed and provide directions.
