Primary responsibilities of the Team Development Chair are recruiting and developing teams. It is recommended to have a subcommittee with a Team Recruitment and Team Retention Chair focused on corporate teams, community/organization teams, and family/friend/patient teams. The Team Development Chair ensures that Teams participating in the event represent the community and that they are given the information/tools they need to successfully fundraise.
