Administration of a Non-Profit Organization
SCORE is a group of volunteers who help local small businesses grow and prosper.
There is a need for three different people to fulfill the Administrative duties of the Ulster Chapter.
1. Secretary to take minutes at the chapter meetings once a month in Kingston, NY. This will include sending out announcement via email and keeping a log of the agenda and the minutes of the meeting.
2. Vice-Chair to assist the chair with various duties including setting agendas for the monthly meetings, managing projects like workshops that include food and special set ups. If the vice-chair has good leadership skills, they could become the chair for the chapter.
3. Web site maintenance to make sure the web-site is kept up to date and reflects the best face of the chapter.
