Administration of a Non-Profit Organization SCORE is a group of volunteers who help local small businesses grow and prosper. There is a need for four different people to fulfill the Administrative duties of the Ulster Chapter. 1. Secretary to take minutes at the chapter meetings once a month in Kingston, NY. This will include sending out announcement via email and keeping a log of the agenda and the minutes of the meeting. 2. Vice-Chair to assist the chair with various duties including setting agendas for the monthly meetings, managing projects like workshops that include food and special set ups. If the vice-chair has good leadership skills, they could become the chair for the chapter. 3. Web site maintenance to make sure the web-site is kept up to date and reflects the best face of the chapter. 4. Social Media assistant to write and post chapter events and successes on the chapter Facebook page.
