Advocate, learn, grow and network! Northeast Guidance Center is seeking Patient Advocates to volunteer in our clinic lobbies. If you've ever wanted to help consumers in the Mental Health field, this is a great opportunity for you. Plus, there are many benefits. You will:
-Serve Detroit's most vulnerable population
-Strengthen your interpersonal, multitasking and communication skills
-Strengthen your resume
-Network with professionals
You will help connect our consumers to resources, answer questions and be their support person while they wait for their appointments.
