CROSO provides post-secondary scholarships to former street children in Uganda. Because our scholars are all former street children, our scholarships cover more than tuition. We also provide housing, food, supplies, transportation and a laptop for each scholar. We also pair each CROSO Scholar with a CROSO Liaison (mentor) who communicates monthly.
CROSO is based in the Chicago-land area and has several committees that help us accomplish our goals. The Marketing Committee develops and implements a marketing plan that will help promote CROSO's mission. Current marketing tools include social media (Facebook and Instagram), website, annual report, annual newsletter, monthly e-blasts and videos.
