Thousands of children in the Twin Cities will wake up to gifts on Christmas morning thanks to volunteers like you! With COVID precautions in place, volunteers will help select Christmas gifts for families at our contactless Toy Shops. Seven locations in the metro will host toy distributions between Dec. 14-23. Duties include registration, shopping with parents, restocking tables and bagging toys. These are wonderful opportunities for groups.

The Salvation Army offers social services and recreational programs with the goal of addressing specific physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of each family, individual, child/youth, or elderly person. Services provided include, but not limited to: emergency food shelves, school supply programs, rental/utility assistance, educational programs, outreach to the homeless, family and youth camping, community center programs, Christmas assistance programs, nursing home visitations, corrections programs, and disaster services.
