Front of House Manager - Basic Job Description
The Front of House Manager is responsible for ensuring that each performance is staffed with volunteers, and that the volunteers are properly trained to prepare the house to be opened each performance. They are also responsible for managing concessions inventory. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Concessions Inventory and Purchasing
Recruit and Manage Volunteer Ushers
Greet Patrons as they arrive; encourage concessions sales, season tickets, donations, etc.
Curtain Speech before beginning of each performance
Twilight Theater Company has recently obtained its serving license with the OLCC. It is the expectation that the Front of House Manager would has a valid servers permit and ensure that alcohol is served within the limitations that the OLCC has put forward.
Ideally, we would have several Front of House Managers that rotate throughout productions and performances.
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.
