All of ECF’s kids and their siblings are acknowledged each year on their birthdays by the Regional Center located in Midland Park in Bergen County, with a special birthday surprise.
Birthday bags are loaded with goodies, including cake mix, party hats and party favors, small gifts and more - everything for a home-made birthday party for kids that might not be well enough to leave their homes! These bags are not provided by you, but by our donors.
As a Coordinator, you are needed to assist the local Regional Director ensure that this process runs smoothly, and that we don’t miss anyone’s special day. Help secure donors, assembly volunteers, and delivery people with the help of the Director.

ECF provides NJ families faced with the crisis of pediatric cancer a place to turn for comfort and support through professional in-home counseling and a uniquely tailored package of assistance. We accomplish this through: 24-7 counseling for the entire family by professional caseworkers advocacy on behalf of the families with insurance companies, medical providers, landlords, etc. material support such as food, clothing, toys, and household items emergency financial relief
