CORD's Bridges to Success program helps young adults ages 17-26 with learning or intellectual disabilities obtain the skills they need to get and keep a job. With the help of volunteer consumer advocates the participants will learn effective communication, interview techniques,problem solving,interpersonal relations,customer service, online job search techniques, resume building, how to dress for success, intro to bank accounts, budgeting and planning, and much more. This amazing program allows our volunteer consumer advocate to impart their knowledge and life experiences onto our participants.
