Volunteers are needed to socialize and provide compassion to our patients. We need volunteers in Galveston, Brazoria, Harris, and Jefferson Counties. There are several volunteer opportunities including but not limited to:
- Socialization
- Running errands for Patient
- Caregiver Relief
- Playing games
- Reading to patient
- Crafts
- Singing

A*Med Community Hospice provides a high quality, comprehensive, palliative program dedicated to promoting comfort and quality of life for clients and families facing terminal illness. In recognition that facing a life-limiting disease is much more than a physical experience; A*Med Community Hospice utilizes an interdisciplinary team approach to provide services for their clients and families. As human beings, we experience emotional, spiritual, and physical losses during the dying process. Through meeting the numerous needs of clients and families, we strive to enable clients to live life to the fullest extent possible and families adjust to life after loss.
